Since joining Confluence Land Company in 2023, Justin has facilitated numerous ranch transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers, quickly earning a reputation as an emerging leader within the ranch brokerage industry. Justin’s high level of integrity, proactive approach and detail-oriented technique make him a trusted advisor to peers and clients alike. He is a strong communicator who prioritizes a high-touch end-to-end experience for each client he serves. Justin specializes in hunting, angling, and recreational estates, investment-oriented properties, and working ranches alike.
Prior to joining CLC, Justin earned a BSBA with dual emphasis in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business Honors Program, graduating first in class and earning accolades such as the Top Real Estate Undergraduate Award and Graduation with Distinction. Justin’s prior professional background includes six years as Senior Fly Fishing Guide for the North Fork Ranch Guide Service, recognized as the Orvis Lodge of the Year during his tenure.
An avid hunter, Justin has spent his life pursuing numerous North American big game species as well as a plethora of waterfowl and small game. A lifetime refining these challenging outdoor pursuits has established a nature of diligence which translates into Justin’s wholehearted dedication to his brokerage clients and craft.
