Since beginning his career in ranch real estate 12 years ago, Daniel has facilitated countless ranch deals and is a consistent top producer in the West. Having been involved with transactional volume in excess of $500 million across multiple states and categories, he has established a solid reputation throughout the industry. Daniel is known by his colleagues for being collaborative and pragmatic and appreciated by his clients for being knowledgeable, trustworthy and dedicated to serving their goals first and foremost. He brings an attentive approach to every client and specialized skill to every transaction. Daniel has an intimate working knowledge of fly-fishing and sporting property values, while also focusing on conservation lands and unique operational ranches. 

Daniel is passionate about leading change in the land brokerage industry, utilizing modern marketing practices and innovative business strategy to drive higher outcomes for the land and the next generation of landowners. As a Managing Partner at Confluence Land Company Daniel executes this vision across the organization - managing major day-to-day project initiatives, client relations, personnel, partnerships and marketing.

Daniel grew up in Bozeman, Montana where the outdoors became ingrained in his lifestyle, and he developed a keen understanding and passion for the Western landscape. As the owner of a remote backcountry ranch in southwest Colorado, he fully appreciates the challenges and opportunities that come with being a landowner. He is an avid pilot, fly-fisherman, upland and big game hunter, skier, outdoorsman, and family man.
