Justin Schlosser

Justin grew up on Colorado’s front range, and the State’s rich and diverse landscape instilled a passion for wildlife and the places they call home from a young age. Throughout his youth, he spent much of his time working in the local fly shop and nearly every free moment honing his skills as an outdoorsman in fields, forests, lakes, and streams throughout the western United States.

None too eager to leave, Justin attended the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business Honors Program, where he pursued and earned a BSBA with a dual-emphasis in Real Estate and Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Throughout his time at the University of Colorado, Justin discovered a second passion in real estate, quickly realizing the opportunity to combine his obsession with hunting, fishing, and the outdoors with his real estate acumen. This motivation further encouraged success, allowing Justin to graduate first-in-class and earning him the Top Real Estate Undergraduate Award and Graduation with Distinction.

Aside from schoolwork, Justin’s time remained consumed by outdoor activities; Summers were spent working as a fly-fishing guide, while the Fall and Winter months were filled by hunting both big and small game with archery and firearm equipment. Following graduation, Justin took on a role as a Senior Guide for the North Fork Ranch Guide Service: one of the nation’s premier fly-fishing lodges and outfitters, and recently named the 2023 Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodge of the Year. 

As an avid hunter, Justin has spent his life pursuing numerous North American big game species as well as a plethora of waterfowl and upland birds. This time afield has provided an invaluable education and given deep insight into the habitats, behaviors, and patterns that allow wildlife, and thus hunting, to thrive. A lifetime chasing some of nature’s most challenging pursuits established a nature of diligence which translates into Justin’s thorough approach and wholehearted dedication to each client he serves. Leveraging his vast knowledge of hunting and fishing with a desire to create an ideal real estate transaction experience for his clients, Justin is perfectly positioned to assist Confluence Land Company’s existing and future clients in selling, purchasing, or otherwise conducting business on their ranch properties.
